WHAT OUR STUDENTS SAY:
-
“Rutu is an amazing listener and observer. She has a powerful ability to sense what her students need, while gently guiding them toward their goals. Her deep understanding of yoga as a life practice seems to inform her grasp of the postures, allowing her to explore and integrate creative ideas based on a student's needs. If you are looking for a true expression of all that is good about yoga, look no further than Rutu Chaudhari. Whether in group or private sessions, her depth and love shine through.”

"Rutu is an exceptional yoga teacher, and it was my great good fortune to walk into her studio. Rutu has a style which is open and caring and at the same time completely professional. This builds trust and confidence in a situation where I have sometimes felt out of my element. It has taken quite a bit of trust for me to open myself to learning about meditation and visualization. It helps that Rutu is very intelligent and articulate, and can explain things in terms of anatomy and physiology. It helps that she has a sense of humor. Most importantly, I always feel that she is fully engaged in what we are doing and truly wants to help."

"Rutu's teaching style is unlike anything I've come across in my almost 20 years of practice. Rutu has a vast knowledge of not only asana, pranayama, & meditation, but anatomy and physiology as well. She integrates this knowledge into synergistic lessons that lead to greater expansion, openness, and mind body connection in ways I've never experienced. Her classes have led to a greater knowledge of the origins of sequences and the relationship between postures. As well as anatomical alignment with the breath. There is also the aspect that maybe could be described as a slow burn. Rutu somehow will make you work really hard by the end of class but in the present moments it feels gentle and calm. No matter where you are in your practice, you will benefit and expand at All life is Yoga."
